If a Video Cloud player is not displaying in Flash Player on your web page but is instead replaced by a blank space, check the player's configuration parameters in your code.
Some types of Video Cloud players (including the Chromeless player) require the "isUI" configuration parameter, otherwise the player will not render.
This value is most commonly omitted when page code is manually modified to change from one type of player to another. If you obtain the default publishing code for a specific player directly from Video Cloud Studio, the code will always contain the correct values.
In Javascript embed code, the parameter will look like this:
<param name="isUI" value="true" />
The simplest way to resolve this is to locate your player in the Video Cloud Studio, and copy the complete default publishing code as a source when embedding on your page.
Tip: Brightcove Support recommends testing the player code on an isolated test page, if seeing problems in a particular web page.
